Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 45, p. 212. Works number was 40874-40875 in November 1913.

Northwest Paper Company owned this logging road, which at one point ran over 58 miles to Hornby. After it was retired, the 16 was retired to go on display in Cloquet, Minn, near Duluth and one of the termini of the D & NE.
