Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 14, p. 188. Works number was 9519 in September 1888.
Performance specs for this locomotive included a 2% grade and curvature of 18 degrees.
Sold in February 1904 to the Tonopah as their #3. A year and half later, after the Tonopah's conversion to standard gauge Tonopah & Goldfield, the 3 relocated to the Sumpter Valley.
There it served the longest stint of its career, being retired in April 1930.
