Data from 1952 Interstate diagram book provided by Allen Stanley from his extensive Rail Data Exchange in March 2004.

Can't tell anything about when this locomotive came to the Interstate. In fact, it appears that this was a proposal from Baldwin for a single Eight-wheeler that was never actually produced. Firebox heating surface included 12 sq ft (1.12 sq m) of brick arch.
