When the CP returned to Baldwin a year after it took delivery of the 3 (Locobase 12935) to order another Mogul for its sugar operations on Puerto Rico's north coast, it specified a locomotive larger in every respect. It had a bigger boiler and grate, more cylinder volume, higher BP, more adhesion weight. But the wheelbase shrank by two feet, perhaps to be sure to negotiate curves of 45 metres/148 ft in radius.
A second locomotive built to the same design was the Florida. The estimated weights given in the specs for that engine are given as 46,150 lb (20,933 kg) adhesion, 55,150 lb (25,015 kg) for total engine weight.

An earlier plantation Mogul -- Esperanza -- arrived on the Plazuela in 1907 (Locobase 13222) and apparently filled the bill well enough for the Barceloneta, Puerto Rico sugar-grower to order two more through dealer Ernst Wiener Company that were named Florida and San Rafael. These were slightly lighter but were otherwise essentially identical.

CP was located in Barceloneta, a town just west of Manati on the north coast of Puerto Rico. Giorgetti, the owner, was to be known as"... one of the most prominent sugar men in Porto [sic] Rico."
