Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Vol 79, pp. 176. Works numbers were 59307-59308 in July 1926.
Bought by the Asiatic Petroleum Company, Ltd--a creature of the Royal Dutch Shell Company, the de Rothschild petroleum interests in Paris, and the Shell Transport & Trading Company, this pair of narrow-gaugers served the company's Venezuela operations. They rolled on very light 25 lb/yard (12.5 kg/metre) up 2% grades and around extremely tight curve radii of 30 feet (9.1 metres).
