Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Vol 78, pp. 193. See also Locobase 15076 for a short history of this railway. Works number was 58999 in January 1926.
Baldwin's third locomotive for this Maracaibo-area railway was a small, light oil-burning Consolidation. The specs note that maximum grades were 3% and curve radii were as tight as 60 metres (197 feet) or 29 degrees. The locomotive and tender were subject to a turntable limitation of 14 metres (45 feet 11 inches).
When the GF de la Ceiba folded in the 1940s, this engine went to the FC de Trujillo.
