Data from 1951 Virginian locomotive diagram book supplied in May 2005 by Allen Stanley from his extensive collection.

Similar to C&O's H-class Alleghenies, but not as well known. Arrangement name on the VGN was "Blue Ridge". They were delivered in March-June 1945, builder's numbers 8859-8866. Scrapped in 1960.
