Data from CGW 7 1902 Locomotive Diagrams supplied in August 2013 by Allen Stanley from his extensive Rail Data Exchange.
The railroad's shops modified one of its class 80 Eight-wheelers to provide suburban service. The engine was originally delivered by Pittsburgh Locomotive Works to the Wisconsin, Iowa & Nebraska as their #5 and was transferred to the CStPKC in June 1886 when the WI&N was absorbed.
The new owner in turn merged with the Chicago Great Western in 1893, which renumbered the 80 with 3. It was dismantled in 1903.
