2-4-2 "Columbian" Locomotives in the USA

One of the first 2-4-2s built was displayed at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Both tender and tank flavors of this wheel arrangement were used in the USA, however, 2-4-2s were not very popular.
