Data from NdeM 1926ca Locomotive Diagrams supplied in December 2010 by Allen Stanley. Works numbers were 819-824 in 1904.
The Interoceanico went to two builders just after the turn of the century for this class. Two of the engines came from Baldwin; they were numbered 3 and 4 and appear in Locobase 11912. The other five came from England's Kerr, Stuart and they are shown here. Power dimensions nearly matched with Baldwin's pressure setting 5 psi higher than these engines.
The English quintet's weighed about a long ton less on the drivers, offered less firebox heating surface area, a bit longer engine wheelbase
Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 24, p. 263 and NdeM 1926ca Locomotive Diagrams supplied in December 2010 by Allen Stanley. Baldwin works numbers were 20384-20385 in April 1902.
The Interoceanico went to two builders just after the turn of the century for this class. Five came from England's Kerr, Stuart and appear in Locobase 11911. The Philadelphia pair preceded the Kerr, Stuarts. They had a few more tubes, a little higher boiler pressure, larger firebox, and 70 sq ft (6.5 sq m) more evaporative heating surface area..
