Data from William Bay, Danmarks Damplokomotiver (1977). Works numbers were 167-168 in 1864 and 196-200 in 1866.
The NE had only just opened its 113 km (70 mile) system in 1863 when Prussia waged a short war against Denmark with the primary goal of uniting Schleswig with Holstein. As a part of the war's settlement, the NE's Fredericia - Flensburg and R°dekro - +benrs routes were taken into the Schleswige Eisenbahn after Prussia forced a truce and territorial transfer during the brief Prussia-Danish War of 1864
