Data from DeGolyer, Vol 75, pp. 81+. See Locobase 15337 for a description the WSS. Works numbers were 58380-58381 in May 1925.
WSS bought this pair of Mikados that were very similar to the Atlantic Coast Line Q-1s built during the same period. They rolled on 85 lb/yard (42.5 kg/metre) rail and faced only 0.6% grades and almost no curves at all (max curvature 3 degrees). The Mikes had 12" (305 mm) piston valves.
